USER is searching for a detail-oriented Software QA to join our team. If you’re dedicated to inspecting quality, testing, and ensuring seamless user experiences across digital products, we’d love to have you onboard. Work with some of Singapore’s best developers, designers, and product managers to uphold the highest standards in software performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca Test Automation for various applications (desktop client , web, mobile)
• Create reusable and modular test scripts to streamline the testing process.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests using Tricentis Toscas model-based approach.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand testing requirements and application functionality.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for automation.
• Execute automated test cases and monitor results, ensuring all issues are identified and reported.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience using Tricentis Tosca or similar tools.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.) and automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
