It is no surprise that Singapore Airlines was voted the “World’s Best Airlines” in Skytrax’s World Airline Awards for the fourth time. After surveying over 20 million travelers, Singapore Airlines was named the best of the best for 2018.
SIA CEO Mr. Goh Choon Phong accepted the award in London and dedicated the award to the 26,000 employees of Singapore Airlines who make the airline the best it can be every day. Singapore Airlines has three main pillars of its brand promise- product leadership, service excellence, and network connectivity which it will continue to perfect.
Singapore Airlines was also awarded for “Best First Class”, “Best Airline in Asia”, and “Best First Class Airline Seat”. These are monumental awards for them as they introduced their first class suites less than a year ago. Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted commended Singapore Airlines for its amazing consistency and attention to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
There is no doubt Singapore Airlines will continue to better their flight experience and it might be time for you to see how amazing they are for yourself.
