About the Business Integration Analyst role
As a Business Integration Analyst, you will bridge business and technical teams by translating business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical solution specifications. You will lead requirements gathering, business process modelling, data analysis, and integration mapping while supporting end-to-end integration solution design. Working with architects, developers, testers, and global stakeholders, you will contribute to integration implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and Level 3 production support. You will also help ensure alignment across A2A and B2B integration, middleware platforms, messaging standards, and enterprise integration technologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Integration Consulting, or Solution Design
- Strong expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, management, and data analysis
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical solution specifications
- Solid knowledge of A2A and B2B integration, middleware platforms, messaging standards, SOA concepts, and enterprise integration technologies
- Experience developing integration mapping specifications and supporting end-to-end integration solution design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitating workshops and aligning business and technical teams
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, change management, and configuration management
- Experience in integration implementation, troubleshooting, and Level 3 (L3) production support
- Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, testers, and global stakeholders in cross-functional, multicultural environments
