Dr. Frank Qiu is the Founder and CEO of USER Experience Researchers Pte Ltd (USER) and a pioneer of Singapore’s UX industry. He brings over 20 years of experience across business and academia, leading initiatives in human-centered design, product innovation, user research, usability, and intelligent automation.
Dr. Qiu holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors and has published more than 30 UX-related academic papers. He currently serves as President of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Singapore (HFESS) and as an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
