About the Experience & Interface Designer role
We are looking for an Experience & Interface Designer to create responsive, user-centric digital interfaces across web platforms. The role involves designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs while ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility standards such as WCAG are met. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions and ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. The role also includes conducting UI reviews, improving user experience through feedback and testing, and continuously refining designs based on user insights and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive and user-centric web interfaces ensuring consistency across devices and platforms
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Sketch
- Apply UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG) to improve usability and inclusivity
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate translation of design into functional interfaces
- Conduct UI reviews and provide feedback to maintain design quality and consistency
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions
- Support front-end implementation by providing design specifications and assets
- Continuously improve UI/UX based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
Requirements:
- Experience in designing visual and interaction for responsive websites with good understanding on interface accessibility and best practices.
- Knowledge in using design tools – Figma, Sketch or similar
- Basic understanding of Front-end technologies – HTML/CSS, JavaScript
