About the IT Project Manager role
The IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure projects meet agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and objectives. The role involves managing resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and project governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The position requires experience with Scrum, Agile, and DevSecOps practices, along with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. A technical background and basic knowledge of Java and PostgreSQL are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure effective project governance
- Develop and manage resource planning to support successful project delivery
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to support project planning and delivery
- Incorporate DevSecOps practices into project delivery and development processes
Requirements:
- Experience in IT project management and end-to-end project delivery
- Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholders
- Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with DevSecOps practices
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working in a technical environment is required
- Basic knowledge of Java and PostgreSQL
