About the .Net Developer role
The .NET Developer will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications using .NET Core, .NET 8, C#, React.js, and Next.js. The role involves building microservices, event-driven systems, RESTful APIs, and database integrations while leveraging AWS services and Docker for deployment and scalability. The developer will apply secure coding practices, OAuth authentication, and Domain-Driven Design principles to deliver reliable solutions. Responsibilities also include developing responsive user interfaces, creating reusable components, writing unit tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with designers and cross-functional teams to improve application performance, maintain code quality, and support continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices architecture using .NET Core and .NET 8
- Implement event-driven architecture to enable seamless communication between microservices
- Utilize Entity Framework (EF) for efficient database interactions and management
- Containerize applications using Docker for scalability and deployment flexibility
- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure clean and modular code architecture
- Implement OAuth for secure authentication and authorization
- Develop and enforce security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and systems
- Utilize AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other relevant services for backend development
- Develop RESTful API endpoints to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js
- Write unit tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability
- Create reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design using Storybook
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring smooth application operation
- Optimize application performance and scalability for a seamless user experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Core Developer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, .NET 8, C#, and related backend technologies
- Experience building microservices architecture and implementing event-driven design patterns
- Proficiency in Entity Framework (EF) for database management
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization principles
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and their application in backend development
- Experience implementing OAuth for authentication and authorization
- Understanding of security best practices and their application in backend development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other relevant services
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience writing unit tests using Jest and maintaining a design system with Storybook
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience as a full stack developer is preferred
- Experience working in both Unix and Windows operating environments is preferred
- AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, is preferred
- Experience with Node.js for server-side development is an advantage
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB is an advantage
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies is an advantage
