About the Oracle Fusion HCM Core – Second Level Support role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core – L2 Support Consultant to provide operational support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The role involves managing production support activities, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Handle incident management, service requests, and issue resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and configurations
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and support standards
  • Participate in periodic system health checks and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Global Core HR
    • Absence Management
    • Compensation & Benefits
  • Hands-on experience in production support environments
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Technical skills include Oracle HCM Extract, BI Reports and OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet Loader, and Fast Formulas
  • Functional skills include experience with Redwood UI, Visual Builder Studio, Journeys, Personalisation, Lookups and Value Sets, Work Structures, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Roles and Security

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with bi-directional integrations
  • Exposure to DevOps practices (preferred but not mandatory)
