About the Oracle Fusion HCM Core – Second Level Support role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core – L2 Support Consultant to provide operational support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The role involves managing production support activities, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Handle incident management, service requests, and issue resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues
- Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and configurations
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and support standards
- Participate in periodic system health checks and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong expertise in:
- Global Core HR
- Absence Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Hands-on experience in production support environments
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Technical skills include Oracle HCM Extract, BI Reports and OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet Loader, and Fast Formulas
- Functional skills include experience with Redwood UI, Visual Builder Studio, Journeys, Personalisation, Lookups and Value Sets, Work Structures, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Roles and Security
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with bi-directional integrations
- Exposure to DevOps practices (preferred but not mandatory)
