About the Oracle Fusion HCM Core role
The Oracle Fusion HCM Core Specialist will lead functional configuration and technical development across Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Global Core HR, Compensation and Benefits, and Absence Management. The role requires hands-on experience delivering full implementation cycles, managing workforce structures, lookups, value sets, security, and HCM processes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining solutions using Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Spreadsheet Loader, while managing Git workflows and resolving development issues. Experience with Oracle Agent Studio, payroll interfaces, REST APIs, and SOAP services is an advantage. The specialist will apply advanced Oracle HCM expertise to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient HR solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefit and Absence Management
- At least 3 full implementation cycle experience in Oracle Cloud HCM for Core module in both functional configuration and technical development.
- Hands-on experience in Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, Git workflows (branching, merging, resolving conflicts). Manage lookups, values sets, work structures, security, area of responsibility, configuration of HCM Process, designer studio, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, HDL and Spreadsheet loader specifically on Core module.
- Added advantages on Oracle Agent studio, bi-directional interfaces for payroll, experience with REST API, SOAP, etc
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in BEA Oracle HCM technology under the COTS skill area for the CHRIS DevOps work result.
