About the Oracle Fusion HCM – Senior Data Migration Specialist role
The Oracle Fusion HCM – Senior Data Migration Specialist will lead data migration activities within Oracle Fusion HCM Core, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. The role also provides technical guidance, supports Change Request management, and maintains system documentation.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience, strong Oracle Fusion HCM Core expertise, hands-on data migration experience, and a solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of HR processes and the Oracle Fusion HCM Core system
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data migration expertise
- Utilize Jira to track and manage Change Request progress
- Provide technical guidance to support team members, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Core features, enhancements, and industry trends, and recommend improvements or optimizations
- Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to support system understanding and knowledge sharing
- Adhere to defined Change Request processes
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in a relevant technical or functional role
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core
- Hands-on experience in data migration within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data migration expertise
- Experience using Jira for Change Request tracking and management
- Ability to provide technical guidance and share best practices with team members
- Strong documentation skills covering technical designs, configurations, and procedures
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Core features, enhancements, and industry trends
