About the Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant role
The Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant will design and manage automated workflows, integrations, and data processes across Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves developing low-code workflows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Process Automation, integrating Oracle Fusion REST APIs, and creating reports with OTBI and BI Publisher. Responsibilities include managing data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation through HCM Data Loader (HDL), implementing fault handling and monitoring, and applying Camunda FEEL scripts for advanced data processing. The consultant will also collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs, supporting key HCM modules such as Global Core HR, Compensation and Benefits, Absence Management, and Time and Labor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage automated workflows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Oracle Process Automation using low-code data mapping tools integrated with Journeys
- Integrate Oracle Fusion REST APIs for data retrieval and updates
- Develop basic scripts using Camunda FEEL for advanced data processing
- Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Manage data activities, including data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation, using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Implement fault handling, exception management, and monitoring for integration processes
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, and Time and Labor
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Journeys, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Experience with functional configuration is an added advantage
- Experience with bi-directional interfaces for Payroll is an added advantage
- Experience with REST APIs and SOAP is an added advantage
