Technical Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Perform process and workflow mapping
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Define API and system integration requirements
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout delivery
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Technical BA in enterprise application projects
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SDLC
• Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills
• Mandarin/Chinese speaking is required
• Experience with ServiceNow requirements analysis is a plus
