About the Technical Business Analyst
The Technical Business Analyst serves as the vital link between clients and the internal Java development team, ensuring business objectives are effectively translated into technical solutions. This role combines analytical expertise, communication skills, and a strong technical foundation to drive successful project delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal Java development team.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate client needs and feedback into detailed technical specifications for developers.
- Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, and discussions to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure they meet business expectations.
- Support project management activities such as timeline tracking, sprint planning, and issue escalation.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to bridge understanding between client and technical teams.
- Provide functional and technical support during testing, UAT, and deployment phases.

- sure seamless implementation of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of backend systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator/Manager capacity.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and bridging technical and business discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
