About the Technical Support role
The Technical Support is responsible for providing Level 2 support to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise warehouse management applications and supporting infrastructure. This role monitors production environments, investigates and resolves technical issues, supports application deployments and system maintenance, and develops automation to improve operational efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional infrastructure, database, application, and vendor teams, the engineer helps maintain reliable services, strengthens operational resilience, and ensures compliance with security and service management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 technical support for Manhattan WMOS and MAWM applications across production and non-production environments.
- Monitor application, server, database, and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application, middleware, database, network, and operating system issues.
- Support deployments, releases, patching, upgrades, and post-implementation validation activities.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational and support activities.
- Execute SQL queries, database health checks, performance validation, and basic database administration tasks.
- Support certificate renewals, password rotations, user access management, and security compliance activities.

- Assist with Disaster Recovery testing, environment validation, and service restoration activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, network, and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in on-call support and critical incident troubleshooting.
