User Experience Researchers (USER) is delighted to announce its entry into the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) community of members. SBF is Singapore’s top business chamber for trade, investment, and industrial relations. Beginning this May, USER will participate and collaborate with SBF in their ventures to help the Singapore business community thrive through digital transformation.

Through this membership, USER and SBF members can connect more easily, enabling more Singapore businesses to modernise their business processes through digital transformation and redirecting their energy towards creating a customer-focused approach.
