[Singapore, Singapore] User Experience Researchers (USER) participated in the 2026 Winning at AI + global conference and venture pitching roadshow in China, highlighting the company’s bold steps in innovating AI for better human experiences.
During the event, USER Founder and CEO Dr. Frank Qiu presented the company’s vision and proposed technologies to panelists at the event, sharing with them what USER believes and strives to do in the AI-driven world: “Our mission has always been to leverage technology to deliver the best possible experience to users. While technology can solve many problems, the ultimate goal is still to address human needs. No matter how the world changes, human needs remain at the centre,” he said.
Realigning technology to human needs
In an AI-powered industrial era, human experiences remain at the heart of it all. USER’s goal is to innovate AI by making it understand human experiences better. This is done through intensive research and experimentation, combining human data with machine learning to tailor AI performance to suit not just user needs, but also their behaviour.
“Our core strategy and technologies at USER revolve around a holistic approach to developing human-centric AI solutions. From gathering intelligence to modelling solutions, training, and optimisation, we mould the AI’s ‘mind’ to understand what human users truly mean in their instructions to produce higher quality output,” explains Dr Qiu.
USER’s approach combines the latest learnings in the AI field through its team of experienced AI specialists and developers, complimenting the company’s expertise and extensive knowledge of user experience research.
Improving AI’s understanding of humans
More than just “improving productivity,” USER’s take on AI solutions presented an extraordinary approach: a tailored, specialised solution that can solve a span of needs, rather than a wide-reaching one that is limited in depth.
Dr Qiu guides USER with a directive that reminds its team that every consultation and every solution is not a magic one-size-fits-all solution: “Every company differs in its needs, has varying cultures, and runs different policies. For all the power of AI, it needs to understand first what it needs to fulfil, the depth of the solution needed, and rules it needs to comply with. Building more complex models simply wouldn’t be enough to solve the needs of every company. What’s more effective is for every company to have the AI solution that fits their needs, and which works best with their human counterparts,” he says.
Showing everyone how it’s done
The Winning at AI+ event featured numerous technology companies from around the world, from large companies to promising startups in the AI sector. They showcased their platforms, products, and vision at the presentation events, with panelists providing insight and asking questions to presenters.
The investment series is hosted in part by the China Media Group (CMG) and the Hangzhou Municipal Government. The programme focuses on the AI era, providing experts such as USER with a stage to highlight their vision and promote the integration of AI into every industry.
Dr Qiu and USER are set to join and showcase more of the company’s AI innovations in future events in Singapore and other regions, pioneering the movement in bridging the gap between intelligent agents and human users.
USER’s presentation can be found in the Winning at AI+ website, where USER relayed its vision and core strengths to panelists and audiences at the event.
