About the UI/UX Designer role
We are seeking a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and users to design interfaces that are not only functional but also visually engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas
- Design intuitive, clean, and engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand consistency
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
