About the Product Manager role
As a Product Manager, you will lead digital products from conception to continuous improvement — defining problems, crafting strategies, and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Your role includes setting success metrics, managing roadmaps, overseeing testing and releases, and driving user adoption. This position suits a results-driven professional skilled in stakeholder management, product strategy, and end-to-end delivery within an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement)
- Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
- Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
- Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
- Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
- Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
- Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
- Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
- Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven record of driving business outcomes
- End to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus
- Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
- Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus
