About the Project Manager MHA

The Project Manager (MHA) will oversee the management and enhancement of government websites and digital systems such as Singpass, Corppass, and payment gateways in collaboration with outsourced vendors. Responsibilities include coordinating cybersecurity assessments, audits, and compliance activities, managing incident response and recovery, and overseeing budgets, billing, and performance reporting. The role also involves handling administrative tasks and ensuring alignment with government standards and processes. Candidates with relevant qualifications, government project experience, and familiarity with compliance frameworks are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Government Websites; and Singpass/Corppass/payment gateway system (working with outsourced vendors)
    • Cyclical security assessments: Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Test, Source Code Review, Risk Assessments, Cybersecurity scorecard
    • Service requests for enhancements and fixes
    • Contracting and approval processes
    • Audit work and compliance activities
    • Incident recovery and response
    • Security-related activities (vulnerability disclosure programme, government bug bounty, security table-top exercise)
    • Budget tracking and financial monitoring
    • Billing/invoice verification
    • Performance tracking and reporting
  • Administrative tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma preferred
  • 2 years govt work experience related to the below-mentioned scope is preferred
  • Familiarity with government compliance preferred
