About the AI/ML Expert & Technical Lead role
We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Expert & Technical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep AI/ML expertise, and the ability to design and oversee scalable AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, AI model strategy, and ensuring high-quality implementation across applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall solution architecture and provide technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives
- Design, develop, and validate AI/ML models aligned with business objectives
- Select appropriate AI/ML approaches, including LLM-based solutions
- Oversee AI integration into production-grade applications and enterprise systems
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
- Establish technical best practices, governance standards, and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams
- Mentor junior AI engineers and guide technical growth within the team
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face
- Proficiency in Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
- Experience with Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of system architecture and design principles
- Experience deploying AI models into scalable production environments
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and model monitoring
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading AI/ML teams or technical projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines, or conversational AI systems
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
