About the IT Recruiter role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and hired to support organisational growth. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining compliance with employment laws and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing – validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritisation
- Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant to Country specific employment laws & regulations
- Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting and vendors.
- Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
- Self-motivated, energetic, smart and intelligent recruitment professional aiming towards the best always
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must be a good team player
- Must be able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
