About the Low Code Engineer role
We are looking for a Low Code Engineer to develop proof-of-concept applications for real-time transcription and translation platforms for public sector systems. You will build user interfaces, integrate audio-visual sources and APIs, implement secure access controls, and develop mobile-responsive components using low-code platforms. This role offers the opportunity to create scalable, government-compliant solutions that enable secure, real-time data processing and multimedia management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop POC prototype using low-code platforms and rapid development methodologies
- Implement user interface components for real-time transcription display and language selection
- Create integration modules for audio and video source connectivity and transcription engine APIs
- Build transcription history management and file storage and indexing functionality
- Develop mobile-responsive web application components
- Implement user authentication and access control mechanisms
- Create automated testing frameworks and deployment pipelines for POC environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems or similar enterprise low-code platforms
- Minimum 3 years of experience in low code development
- Experience integrating with government systems and APIs within GCC environments
- Knowledge of IM8 security requirements and implementation in low-code solutions
- Understanding of real-time data processing and API integration methodologies
- Experience with responsive web design and cross-platform compatibility
- Familiarity with government development standards and coding practices
- Knowledge of audio-visual system integration and multimedia processing
- Experience with Singapore Government digital services and common technology stacks
- Ability to work within government network restrictions and security protocols
