About the Project Manager role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, delivery, and governance of digital products by aligning stakeholder needs with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional Scrum teams, this role manages product roadmaps, prioritises delivery, coordinates dependencies, and mitigates risks to ensure successful project outcomes in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the client product roadmap and backlog
- Translate stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritized executable roadmap
- Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through planning, delivery, and release governance
- Remove operational blockers and align product scope with business goals
- Escalate technical blockers to Solution Architect; own the resulting timeline an communication impact
- Track cross-team and cross division dependencies surfacing delivery risks
Requirements:
- Scrum Certification
- 7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment
- 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams
- Experience delivering government or public sector digital products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in GovTech tech stack
- Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
- Experience in handling legacy tech systems
