About the Project Manager role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a government proof-of-concept project, ensuring it meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations. In this role, you will coordinate closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders, establish governance structures, and oversee risk management, testing, and user acceptance activities. You will ensure all project processes comply with government procurement, IM8 requirements, and security standards while supporting the successful deployment of real-time and GenAI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end POC delivery within agreed timeline and budget parameters
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement including clients and technical teams
- Ensure deliverable quality meets government standards
- Establish project governance framework and reporting mechanisms for government oversight
- Facilitate risk management and issue escalation procedures
- Coordinate live clients sitting testing and user acceptance activities
- Ensure compliance with government procurement and project management methodologies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years project management experience delivering government technology projects
- Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement processes and contract management
- Experience managing projects within GCC environments and government security constraints 1 year as Project Manager
- Understanding of IM8 compliance requirements and government risk management frameworks
- Proven track record delivering projects for government agencies
- Experience in managing projects involving real-time systems and live operational environment Ship-HATS products
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in delivering GenAI features in GCC would be preferred
