We are seeking a certified Scrum Master to lead agile practices and foster high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has strong collaboration, problem-solving, and facilitation skills, with experience using tools like Jira or Trello in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies
- Mentor team members on Agile principles
- Proactively remove roadblocks to ensure smooth sprint delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
- Work Result: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments to the teams progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
