About the Support Engineer role
The Support Engineers will provide day-to-day operational and production support for the EDMS platform. This role focuses on incident resolution, service request implementation, system maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily production support for the EDMS system
- Perform incident troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution
- Implement and manage service requests (SRs)
- Support patch testing and deployment activities
- Maintain system documentation and update SOPs
- Monitor system logs and perform proactive issue detection
Requirements:
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF IR)
- Working knowledge of Snowflake
- Familiarity with Power BI Gateway
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines
- Experience in log analysis, monitoring, and alerting
- Prior experience working in Singapore-based or Microsoft-centric environments is preferred
