About the Support Engineer role

The Support Engineers will provide day-to-day operational and production support for the EDMS platform. This role focuses on incident resolution, service request implementation, system maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily production support for the EDMS system
  • Perform incident troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution
  • Implement and manage service requests (SRs)
  • Support patch testing and deployment activities
  • Maintain system documentation and update SOPs
  • Monitor system logs and perform proactive issue detection

Requirements:

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF IR)
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake
  • Familiarity with Power BI Gateway
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines
  • Experience in log analysis, monitoring, and alerting
  • Prior experience working in Singapore-based or Microsoft-centric environments is preferred
