Lead UX research to identify opportunities for product growth and propose enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
-
Solve complex UX challenges, such as improving citizen experiences across digital services, resolving agency pain points, and enhancing operational efficiency.
-
Design for scalability and reusability across products while ensuring accessibility and a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
-
Strong product and user-centric mindset with a passion for improving public services through technology.

Skilled at analysing user feedback and activity to iterate and enhance the user experience.
-
Ability to translate user research into clear design recommendations and actionable insights.
