USER team wraps up at TWS2023

SINGAPORE – Asia’s leading user experience (UX) firm User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd made waves at the Technology Week Singapore (Tech Week) event held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre last 11-12 October 2023. The solutions and consultancy trailblazer delivered on its promise to give visitors an amazing learning experience that shows the future of UX through usability testing and other cutting-edge innovations.

A resounding success 

The USER booth was part of Big Data and AI World Asia, a section of the event that focused mainly on creating data-driven solutions and exploring the capabilities of AI. As a bronze sponsor, USER presented a powerful demonstration of its usability testing capabilities. 

The testing demo prompted visitors to check out a sample website, while sensors and a powerful monitoring software ran in the background to measure various actions to create heatmaps and obtain other useful information about usage and user behaviour. Company representatives and tech enthusiasts from various fields tried out the testing demo and were astonished by the information they got.  

Other highlights presented by USER in their booth were an AI-powered ESG assessment tool and discussions on UX, both of which also captured the attention of event attendees. The team wrapped up on the second day with resounding success. 

Aiming for bigger stages 

It is USER’s first time to attend an offline event after the pandemic and host a booth at the same time as a sponsor. With its steady growth over the years as a solutions provider for both large-scale organisations and public sector agencies, USER has quickly established itself as a UX powerhouse in the Asia Pacific region.
